Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, provide services you request and improve this website. We rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after a defined retention period set by Technopick. Client records are kept as required by law and contract.

AI assistant

The chat assistant on this website is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI service. Messages you type are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply and are not stored by Technopick. Anthropic processes them under its commercial terms and does not use them to train its models. If you choose to book a consultation in the chat, the details you confirm are saved as an enquiry, exactly like the contact form. Please don't share passwords, ID numbers or payment details in the chat.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. Contact us using the details on the Contact page. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit and audit logging to protect your data.
